Dr Zarei is very caring, kind, and a very good physician. She takes a detailed history, and takes into account my other current issues. She will follow up, and is very proactive about taking care of you as a person and not just the disease. Will be a patient of hers forever. Her assistant Nerin is amazing as well.

Some days you just put your head down, walk, breathe, and focus on the simple joys. As Robert Frost said, the only way out is just THROUGH. Go on you!! Yes you….. I dare you to live your best life, even on the days when the going gets tough.

Some garden, some run 5ks, but working in the kitchen clears the head, is nourishing for the 💜, soul, belly!!

I see 17 year olds now with diseases of 70 year olds. Things I wish they could learn more at home and school along with language arts, math/science/chemistry are how to eat, sleep, exercise, manage stress, meditate, validate and love themselves.
So turn off social media for a few days, enjoy the company of friends and your loved ones…. go within🙏 🧘🏽♀️
