My favorite is the pregnant Ronal. It has been said that pregnancy is the equivalence of winning a super bowl or a tour the France, given the demands on the body, and woman carry it off in war zones, in the slums, the ghettos, working 2-3 jobs sometimes, carrying jugs of water, walking for miles.
The human body is miraculous, the human spirit even more amazing.
I now have a new way of communicating my dislikes with my family, I just Hsss, like Ronal, it’s empowering, you should try it, they do look at me like im mad, but they get the message.

Life is a “Rollercoaster”

His rollercoaster, science, and my hand songs with ed Sheeran, are captivating, medicine for the soul.
But cant enjoy it, in fact Makes me so Angry, when Iranian songwriters, Rappers, are dying for their lyrics, and the world waits for the IRI dictators to fall off the face of this earth.
Basic human needs, food, shelter, safety, education, freedom, equality, hope, future, self expression, Art and Music 🎶 is all the #iranianrapper sing about and die to get.

To move, walk, run, hike, dance, feels like a luxury in a crammed, busy life.

Watch “swimmers” on netflix. Uplifting True Story about 2 Syrian refugee sisters, who sought asylum in Germany, via a boat through Mediterranean sea, along with millions who escaped the Syrian War.
Yusra Mardini was only 17 years old when she got on that life boat to Greece, had to swim part of the way as her boat nearly sank. With determination, in 2016 she competed in the Rio Olympics for team Refugee, and also in 2020 in the Tokyo one.
She Endured separation from family, but fought to survive and thrive. Another inspiring immigrant story!!

His only world cup win, near retirement, at the ripe old age of 35!! His calm sense of
self-control was incredible to watch.
Lets promise ourselves to Commit to self-improvement. Wasted human potential is a loss, yet fierce determination is a slippery slope, especially when the cost is mental health, and self worth.
Life is short and messy, but we all can aspire to be a Giant like Messi 🇦🇷
