To move, walk, run, hike, dance, feels like a luxury in a crammed, busy life.

Watch “swimmers” on netflix. Uplifting True Story about 2 Syrian refugee sisters, who sought asylum in Germany, via a boat through Mediterranean sea, along with millions who escaped the Syrian War.
Yusra Mardini was only 17 years old when she got on that life boat to Greece, had to swim part of the way as her boat nearly sank. With determination, in 2016 she competed in the Rio Olympics for team Refugee, and also in 2020 in the Tokyo one.
She Endured separation from family, but fought to survive and thrive. Another inspiring immigrant story!!

His only world cup win, near retirement, at the ripe old age of 35!! His calm sense of
self-control was incredible to watch.
Lets promise ourselves to Commit to self-improvement. Wasted human potential is a loss, yet fierce determination is a slippery slope, especially when the cost is mental health, and self worth.
